Weird creeps you've met on Fanfiction.Net

So, obviously there are cool and normal people on FFN - you guys of course of whom I love dearly.

But there are also some very weird and dangerous folks on there too sadly, and I've run into some nasty ones.

@Nirianne @inyo Probably remember that weirdo who was trying to turn us all against each other. Super arrogant douche. My god.

There's also the weird 'constructively superior' guy on the Beyblade fandom of whom some of you may remember. We had a few days of laughter over that one. Don't forget - you are all part of my weird pedophile sex cult and I am your crusty ped leader. We use our writing to lure minors in apparently. Classic FFN weirdo.

I've also received numerous spam messages about weird stuff - some dude wanting to talk about his disease, someone who was 'looking for friends', viagra, and so on. Why do I get all the creeps?

But yes. There are some creeps out there folks.

And spam bots, but things have been relatively normal.

Ah yeah, good old Farla. I haven't seen much activity from the anti-Farla cult but then again, I haven't paid much attention to the Pokemon fandom in years.

I'm going to mention I didn't meet this guy on FFN itself but its where we had our primary talks and where he revealed himself to be a fucking weirdo lol 

 

-Met when he was defending me from weirdos who were convinced I was a guy pretending to be a girl, he wanted to talk more and we both had FFN accounts so there we went

- Called me a noob for not knowing everything about new Pokemon games, including when I knew about a feature but didn't know it had a name

- When I said something was 'cool' instead of 'cute' like he expected, he started questioning me on if I was 'sure' I was a girl

- Got mad at me for talking to family and other friends instead of him

- Said me using mods in Sims meant I'd cheat on a romantic partner

- Later insisted he was romantically into me (just because I was a girl and probably the only one this weirdo was talking to lol) and accused me of leading him on

Me: Umm romantic acts? One that's no reason to question me. Two you don't know me and I don't know you, you can't like me like that. The last time I dated a guy who somehow fell in love with me on the internet wasn't really pleasant and I still regret getting into that mess. I said I like you but I didn't think you meant LIKE THAT.

The guy I met in the Pokemon fandom was super arrogant. I used to be nice and all and say how great his stories were (because he was really depressed about it and his stories weren't really that bad) but it really got to his head. Used to go on about how he was the greatest writer in the fandom and everyone should worship him. Then he wanted to turn my good friends against me.

I met users who want me to see their photos on Google via weird searches. I have blocked them anyways.

Seriously, I guess FFN needs to upgrade the management now. I mean, the site gives privilege for users who want to review, fave and follow works but not want to publish anything. Yet, they take that for granted and send weird messages. They know that it is for writing and reading, but they use it for creepy stuffs.

Still curious how they encounter our accounts.

I’ve met some weird people in FFN before. 

The guy who thought he was the best writer ever and tried to turn everyone against each other.

The one who demanded attention all the time and basically be an extreme narcissist.

The one who was part of some weird cult thing about souls and being ‘constructive’. The one who thought he was in some divine journey to fight against the crusty peds.

That weird sex offender. 

But they all pale in comparison to ThEM. I can’t even find the right words to describe their crazy. It was something special, but maybe these key words will help.

- witch, Plague doctor, faked mental illnesses, backstabber, liar, apparently trans and not at the same time, crazy burning passionate hate boner for me, thief, extremely jealous and spiteful, and so much more.

Are they even human? I don’t know.
