Holy hell what a match of conquest! We were losing pretty bad at the start! I was with Qassitit who was Bacchus. It was definitely a rough start. I don't normally play Odin in the solo lane and I accidentally leveled up my 1 first making the laning phase really awkward. I only died once though which was awesome. Had the entire team trying to kill me several times but I was too fast haha (hence my pick up of Masamune).

Teammates were amazing and they stuck through to the end despite us getting kicked around a fair bit. The surrender vote went up several times. But I knew we could turn things around if we worked together! The enemy team got cocky and ended up splitting up all the time so we picked them off one by one (caged them mwahahahahah). Then they stopped getting so cocky and ran away in fear each time, especially Hel since I think she learned that she couldn't heal at all whilst trapped. She was trying many times early on to heal. It was funny watching her try. Poor Hel. I kept picking on her first then the Zhong Kui. Sun Wukong was just ignored for the entire match since he wasn't doing much anyway but being annoying.

I got tipped twice by the Nemesis and Apollo :D This is what happens when you don't have a hunter. You lose.

Mwahahahahahahha. That's all I can say about this time, he he he. So satisfying. Comeback specialist at it again! Hel and SWK were together and the Morrigan and Zhong Kui were in another.

Three conquest matches. Each one started poorly. This is what happened with @Lightningblade49 and @Sakura Alexia Match one. Ymir (some random Sakura and I met through a ranked game), Anubis (LB)

I remember that one game where I actually killed something.

Another glorious win for Team Tazland, starring @Sakura Alexia as Nox, @Stubborn Saber as Loki, @Shizophrenia as Ares and myself as Ao Kuang. We also had a random Thor. We had a shaky start. Thor

@Sakura Alexia and I suffered a lot of defeats in conquest alongside @Stubborn Saber but we were determined to win that one game! And boy, we certainly did. We won by making the other team so angry (game lasted 48 minutes), they threw up a surrender vote. Their Rat rage quit. Then we took out Freya, Medusa and Sun Wukong leaving Ganesha on his own. It was a game they could've won since our titan was on super low health several times throughout the game, but we defended valiantly as if the world itself was going to end! But damn, hang on long enough and the other team will give up. Mwahahahah. Patience wins games! The surrender vote went up several times on our team as well, but we voted no - we wanted to keep fighting!

Loki's contribution to the team was obviously amazing. The Loki (aka me) stayed away from team fights and stayed in the shadows just waiting for someone to drop low... And if there was no one on low, he ran away in fear, throwing decoys at enemy gods, hoping they too would become feared.

With @Sakura Alexia as Izanami and myself as Loki. I spent most of the match bullying Ah Puch. There were a few tense moments, but I didn't ever feel we were in danger of losing this one.

The best Izanami game ever. But you were Fenrir lol, not his father.

The only tense moment was when they went for Fire Giant but fortunately I was able to steal it, the problem there was is that without me you didn't really have much damage, it was fun to look at them run away when you and me were around. XD

Izanami is amazing though, she's the best hunter. (after the super buffed Ullr that is...)

A pretty tense game of conquest. It basically went like this:

Hel and Ullr were slapping our Medusa and Xing Tian as you can imagine because of all the healing.

Kuku and Raijin were kinda even, but Raijin kept getting ganked because he was pretty determined to get kills all the time.

Over in solo, Guan Yu @Stubborn Saber was battling an Osiris. It was just a never die lane unless ganked by jungler.

And there was me as Loki facing off against a Ne Zha. There was this funny moment he thought he could kill me. We dueled. I ulted him. Dead Ne Zha. I basically just picked on Ullr, Kuku and Ne Zha because why not? I managed to do gold fury twice and pyromancer twice. We also managed to steal fire giant.

One crazy game with @X_Dark_Paladin. We were getting hammered pretty bad in the early to mid game, but mid to late we turned things around and made the other team surrender. We didn't manage to get any objectives and I was getting my ass beaten up my Achilles (can't wait until you nerfed mwahahahahah). But yeah. Good game. I mitigated 62,000 damage because our Khepri decided to build damage (I think @Stubborn Saber would approve of this build).

Oh yes, look at that beautiful damage done by Khepri, but sadly this is also why he needs nerfing into the ground, just look at these stats again:

Neith kills- 6

Khepri kills- 6

So, he can kill as many as a hunter, and that's not all:
Cu Cuchulain damage- 21,041

Khepri damage- 22,802

What this says is that a Khepri built correctly (mostly damage and power) does more damage overall than a tanky warrior, the gods that currently dominate solo lane in conquest, that's crazy!

This isn't even the full story of why Khepri desperately needs another nerf, his ult revives gods for frig sake (if you even remember you have an ult), hopefully Hi-Rez notice these ridiculously high stats and nerf him in the next patch. Achilles nerf can wait until the true threat is dealt with.

Not to mention Khepri can give gods hugs so he can deal even more damage to them.

He is the true carry.

A 54 minute game with @X_Dark_Paladin. I was quite laggy in the early to mid game, but fortunately it sorted itself out. This is Osiris's best game ever in terms of assists and damage mitigated. I can't get my screenshot thing to work at the moment so posting from SmiteGuru instead.

Oh yeah it was, anyway the buff on Tyr was very unnecessary when he can do half of a squishy's health with one single attack and barely any power from items.

The most satisfying victory in recent joust matches. Holy hell these bastards were a cocky bunch. They were all in a team together. Achilles and Susano both had blink and they would both blink on me, the Ah Puch, and double ult me. Then @X_Dark_Paladin would die shortly afterwards and then Loki might get a lucky kill then also die. These cocky bastards ran this move over and over again. But they didn't realize their move was so cheap and predictable. Anyways. None of them had any defense. So after I died to their cheap bullshit twice, I decided to start playing smart and hang back using Achilles and Loki as bait. It worked. They tried their cheap ass bullshit and they paid for it. Little magic defense? Ah Puch combo late game with a Loki ult and Achilles setting up the combo? Triple kill. We laughed spammed them non stop. Mwahahahahahahha. Try your cheap ass bullshit elsewhere.

Two very satisfying victories today both against full pre mades. This was with @X_Dark_Paladin and Qassutit (game 1 only)

Game 1. I was Ra and actually had a good game with Ra for a change. This game went on for an hour and we spent the final quarter of the match waiting for the other team to make a mistake. They got impatient and jumped in. Big mistake. We wiped them out and got a great victory after an hour long battle. Heh heh heh. Our two randoms both wanted to surrender for some reason but we kept them in. Fortunately, they weren't salty players and were actually pretty nice and kept playing.

image.png

Game 2. I got stuck with support so I went with Erlang Shen because screw playing a guardian. Our Cu for some reason thought he could take an entire team on his own even though he was building mostly damage. So our Neith and Hades stopped following Cu around and followed Erlang (me) and Mercury (Paladin) around since we were playing it smart. Neith and Mercury got the titan down to about half health whilst the enemy team were near fire giant. They both died. But that's okay. We tried again. This time myself and Paladin. I used my taunt to keep Agni away and Mercury was able to finish off the titan whilst I played tank since I was the only tank on the team. They must've been kicking themselves.

The funniest game of assault yet.

I was the Xing Tian and there was this enemy Ullr I kept targeting the entire match just because it was funny.

He started noticing that I was picking on him because he started hiding at the back, but nope, I would just specifically blink on him, ha ha ha.

I couldn't stop laughing. We actually almost lost this but Agni came back just in time to work with Nu Wa to kill everyone.

With @X_Dark_Paladin

Bloody hell this match was awful at the start. Our teammates were friendly, but just a bit silly. They seemed to think it was a good idea to run into the enemy team many times alone.

We only won because the enemy team decided to chase me right into a tight corridor and we got a deicide. Paladin kept trying to gank lanes and our teammates would just run away from him leaving him to die many times.

All I can say is... What the hell was this game?

With @Sakura Alexia as Neith and @VectorLogic as Baron. The Neith/Achilles combo triumphs once more and Baron is proof enough that he still dominates.

Basically it was a struggle for the first half. Nu Wa disconnected and came back a bit later. Awilix had a tendency to start fights without back up and die. But we got the upperhand eventually. Their Morrigan was building all damage and the mask and she was the only one doing anything so we took her out, and the rest of the team crumbled. We made the final push. Our two randoms did die, but the Tazland trio marched on and claimed victory! What a long game.

Had some interesting matches with some of the Tazland gang today.

@Adney @X_Dark_Paladin @VectorLogic @Sakura Alexia

http://smite.guru/match/ps/141596404

This was the Tazland clan vs some clan called the Green Men (I think). We won. It was a bit slow at the start, but our late game trumped theirs. Congratulations to Adney as well for the triple kill near the end with the perfectly timed Ares ult.

http://smite.guru/match/ps/141601268

In this second game we were up against another full premade and we won. Yes. Ullr actually won a game! It was amazing. The Arachne was kinda new, but the other two weren't. They just weren't the brightest.

http://smite.guru/match/ps/141613826

In this other game, I actually felt bad for the enemy because they were actually very new still. Good thing I only played Kumbha and not someone damaging.

Well. This was certainly an interesting match. Poseidon and I are just chilling at speed camp and we get ganked at lvl 1 by Arachne, Ah Puch and Chang'e so I'm pretty sure they were a pre-made. Poseidon ended up dying sadly but Bellona got a kill so it was a 1 for 1, Over in duo lane with Paladin and random Neith, Cerberus and his random Neith were really aggressive. Cerberus would just tower dive at lvl 1. Crazy stuff. But we made them rage quit.

What do you mean Baron Samedi isn't broken? I originally did have Soul Gem but I figured our team needed more damage so swapped it for Soul Reaver.

This has to be my best Kukulkan in a while, I was first killed at a streak of 9 by Izanami, I went and found her and dropped a tornado on her to get my revenge.
I also got Kuku's "Kill an enemy with only your ultimate, a Double Kill and a "Shoot from the hip" when I blindsided Ra and Izanami(?) by the phoenix

Bloody hell. What a match. I think we were pretty lucky that Ymir ended up leaving near the end of the match otherwise we might've lost this game.

But excellent work @Sakura Alexia and @Adney for some great plays. Adney especially pulled off an amazing play later in the game against a Mercury.

Fuck that Mercury. Serqet was great. Geb was amazing. We were lucky our randoms were really good and nice which makes the game.

I was pretty close to outdamaging Nu Wa but I was dead for the last minute of the game : (

But we did deal with much rage. There were crazy ganks in the mid lane. Four man ganks in duo. But we survived! Myself and Nu Wa ended up being target practice for the Mercury and Chaac because they kept bullying us : (

Oh, Merc and Chaac were together in a party and the other three were also together. Serqet and Geb were also in a party. It was a match of parties really.

Oh. The Chernoborg player? He started another conquest game (Coz I'm a stalker) and he's playing Rama :D

Not my best one I'll admit, it was a pretty bad start as I wasn't able to get any close to anyone and damage them, but when we grouped up I managed to a little bit easier, that Mercury though, we haven't had that much trouble with one in a long time, but today I got reminded how annoying he can be, and would have rather not have experienced it. XD

But we survived, Chang'e was essential at the end.

I still got ganked like crazy at the beginning though, like at level 10 or so from three people coming and diving my tower from different sides, more than once.

They must be so salty they lost that but its fine, we won and that's what matters. Nu Wa is still a winning charm for me, and I hope it continues on this path.

With @X_Dark_Paladin

Bloody hell. What a game.

Kuku and Artio were together and Mercury, Medusa and Baron were also in a party.

Our Thanatos wasn't really the brightest jungler and Athena kept running away doing her own thing. Enemy took all the objectives many times over and fire giant several times as well (we got it once) and we never took a pyromancer or gold fury. Tensions were getting high in the game and the surrender vote popped up several times but we kept fighting (credit to the team for sticking to the end). Against all odds, we came back and won. I was on minion duty for most of the game because our three randoms really didn't like fighting minions. I was also super paranoid about Mercury ults when beads nor ult was up.

But we did it against all odds!

The Mercury would keep spam laughing and such so it became our personal mission to kill the bastard. He would always try and ult myself and Xbalanque because we were the main damage dealers. He would also ult Thanatos every now and then because why not. Anyways. We turned the game around. Mercury ulted me but I beaded and panic ulted. Athena taunted the Mercury and the rest of the team went crazy on him. The rest of the team fell apart pretty easily after that and we took the titan.

Damn it feels good beating up Mercurys. We made sure to spam laugh him at the end too.

Two intense matches today. First match was with @Adney and second match was with @X_Dark_Paladin

Match One

I was Mercury and Adney was Kuku. This game went on a bit longer than it should've gone on for. Enemy never took living objectives and it took us three fire giants. We were up against a four man premade with Ama being solo. The Hera was carrying her team. She was doing crap loads of damage and it was scary. There was this epic moment when I ran into the jungle and enemy Kuku ulted. Then Adney ulted right in front of his face and he died. It was great.

46492877_10156149744197266_1388595491238

Match Two

Now this was a long and intense match. Holy crap it was so back and forth. This was an entire hour of craziness. Guan Yu and Bacchus kept attacking the backline (Chiron and myself) so we spent a lot of our time running away in panic. I can't recall how many times I had to panic dash and hit those relics. Picking up Book of the Dead saved my life quite a few times. Totally worth getting if you find yourself getting targeted heaps. We pushed. They pushed. We pushed. They pushed. Until they made a mistake at the 60 minute mark. They died and it was only Susano left. We won after a long hard slog. We had to turn down multiple surrender votes too.

Match Three and Match Four

Look at the team names in both games.

Yup. We were on the same side then became enemies.
